- Process customer orders, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Track orders and provide regular updates to customers.
- Prepare invoices, dispatch documents, and sales MIS reports.
- Maintain customer database and sales documentation
- Customer payment follow up(Sales Receivable)
Preferred candidate profile
Engineering Diploma / Degree ( Electrical ) preferred but not mandatory.
