Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead (AI) driving innovation, client engagement, and CoE growth with deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical capability, strategic thinking, and leadership, along with exposure to emerging areas like Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and intelligent automation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3-5 years in lead/architecture.
- Can effectively contribute to Salesforce + AI CoE, setting vision, strategy, and execution roadmap.
- Proven hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, integrations, data architecture, etc.)
- Experience in Salesforce AI / Agentforce /Data cloud / AI automation frameworks
- Exposure to non-Salesforce technologies (preferred) with a mindset to explore and adopt recent tools
- Strong functional understanding of business processes across domains (Sales, Service, RevOps, etc.)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.




- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving delivery excellence.
- High level of ownership, collaboration, and emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Lead end-to-end presales cycles, including client discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, proposal development, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations, ensuring Infoglens Salesforce + AI offerings are positioned as strategic differentiators.
