Must Have: ServiceNow Testing any module, ATF

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in testing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, and Discovery.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end testing for ServiceNow family upgrades, including patch upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading testing efforts for ServiceNow enhancements and greenfield implementations, delivering high-quality solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Strong ability to perform manual exploratory testing for recent user stories and regression cycles.
- Solid technical and functional understanding of ServiceNow modules and business processes.




- Experience testing Gen AI / Agentic AI solutions within ServiceNow or related platforms.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and devising testing strategies for complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology as well as Waterfall project management approaches.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in utilizing various testing techniques and tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
