Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.E. / B.Tech Electrical.
- ADIS / PDIS from a recognized State Board.
- Valid NFPA 70E Electrical Safety License / Certification Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor the Electrical Safety Management System (ESMS).
- Conduct electrical HIRA/JSA before work starts.
- Ensure proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PTW compliance.
- Inspect transformers, switchgear, MCC/PCC panels, substations, DGs, and distribution systems.
- Ensure earthing, grounding, bonding, and lightning protection compliance.
- Verify compliance with NFPA 70E, IEC, IS Standards, and OSHA requirements.
- Monitor electrical installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and shutdown activities.
- Conduct Arc Flash assessments and ensure proper PPE usage.
- Inspect temporary wiring, portable electrical tools, and welding machines for protected operation.
