Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end administration including Canteen, Transportation, Housekeeping, Guest House, Horticulture & Facility Services

Drive vendor management, service contracts, and SLA compliance

Lead fleet management, travel desk, and courier operations

Liaise with Government Authorities and ensure statutory compliance

Prepare MIS reports and support management reviews

Develop and implement SOPs for administrative processes

Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)

Ensure effective utilization of resources and maintain plant infrastructure

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration/Management or related discipline

10-15 years of experience in Plant Administration within a manufacturing environment

Robust knowledge of vendor management, facility management, and statutory compliances

Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

Exposure to TPM, ISO 14001, OHSAS, and continuous improvement practices will be an advantage

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
