Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of DSA Sales Executives.
- Drive team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and channel partners.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and loan processing.
- Maintain sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the DSA/BFSI industry.
- At least 1 year of team handling experience is mandatory.
- Experience in selling financial products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Credit Cards, or similar products.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Working Hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 6 Days Working
Last Sunday of every month is a working day, with a compensatory off on the 1st day of the following month.
