Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify potential customers through telemarketing calls and generate leads for loan products.

- Conduct telesales activities to promote loans to existing clients and new prospects.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in loan sales or related field (telemarketing).

- Robust communication skills with ability to handle telephonic conversations effectively.

- Basic knowledge of financial services industry, particularly loans and lending practices.
