You will analyze model outputs, iterate on training processes, and implement strategies to optimize performance, all while maintaining a keen awareness of the latest advancements in the field.

Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring that the models are aligned with user expectations and industry standards.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in model development.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).

Positive To Have Skills: Experience with natural language processing techniques.

Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation techniques.

Experience in deploying models in production environments.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
