Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies to optimize model performance.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and growth.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model development with project goals and stakeholder requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI.

Solid understanding of natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning methodologies.

Experience with handling large-scale datasets and domain-specific adaptation of language models.

Ability to analyze model behavior and implement improvements to enhance contextual understanding.

Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks commonly used in machine learning model development.

Capability to work with distributed computing environments and optimize model training workflows.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
