We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and cold calling within the IT services industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying decision-makers, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM and lead generation tools.
- Create and manage cold email sequences with follow-ups.
- Conduct outbound voice calls to introduce company services and qualify prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities,



responses, and pipeline updates.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in IT Services Sales or IT Business Development.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
- Strong cold emailing and follow-up skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or similar lead generation tools.

•Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent.

•Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
