We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sound & A/V Technician to manage audio-visual systems and ensure seamless technical support for events, live performances, and daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and maintain professional sound, lighting, and audio-visual equipment.

- Conduct sound checks and ensure high-quality audio output during live performances, events, and entertainment programs.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to microphones, mixers, amplifiers, speakers, projectors, LED screens, and other A/V equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all audio-visual equipment is in excellent working condition.

- Coordinate with artists, DJs, event managers, and the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.

- Monitor sound quality during events and make real-time adjustments as required.

- Maintain an inventory of A/V equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling electrical and technical equipment.

- Maintain documentation of equipment servicing, maintenance schedules, and technical reports.





- Support the team during special events, corporate functions, private parties, and promotional activities.

Requirements

- Diploma/Certification in Sound Engineering, Audio Technology, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience as a Sound Technician or A/V Technician in hotels, restaurants, clubs, event venues, or entertainment companies.

- Hands-on experience with digital and analog audio mixers, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, lighting consoles, and video equipment.

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays based on event schedules.

- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,242.61 per month
