Role Description The Life Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for advising customers on suitable life insurance products, explaining policy benefits, and helping them choose plans aligned with their financial and protection needs. The specialist will conduct needs-based assessments, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines.

Daily activities include managing customer relationships, responding to inquiries, handling policy-related documentation,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service. The role also involves meeting sales targets, staying updated on product features and industry trends, and promoting ICICI Prudential Life’s offerings in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales to drive business growth and meet targets.

Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and basic Finance to explain products and advise customers effectively.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities to build long-term relationships and handle queries and concerns professionally.

Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, integrity, and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales reporting tools.

Candidates should preferably have prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services; a graduate degree in any discipline is beneficial.
