Services are available through both online sessions and in-person therapy in the Pune, India area.

Role Description The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide part-time, direct clinical services in a hybrid capacity, working both in office in Sus (Pune) area and remotely from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering individual therapy, and creating awareness plans rooted in evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.

The role involves administering and interpreting psychological tests, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring ethical, culturally responsive care. The psychologist may also support group programs or workshops,



participate in case discussions, and offer clinical input to enhance service quality and client outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic models
- Competence in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standard clinical assessments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and related concerns.
- Experience in Clinical Supervision or openness to providing and/or receiving supervision to ensure high-quality, ethical practice.
- MPhil degree with valid RCI licensure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain clear documentation, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary workplace.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model, managing both in-person and online sessions while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Prior experience in private practice or community mental health settings of minimum 2 years
