Casagrand Builders is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Professional with experience in the real estate industry or reputed law firms. The candidate will be responsible for handling land acquisition support, title due diligence, legal drafting, regulatory compliances, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct title due diligence and verification of property documents.
- Review and scrutinize sale deeds, parent documents, encumbrance certificates, and revenue records.
- Handle legal documentation related to land acquisition and real estate transactions.
- Draft and review agreements, MOUs, sale deeds, legal notices, and contracts.
- Coordinate with government authorities for approvals, registrations, and compliance matters.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, local regulations, CMDA/DTCP approvals, and statutory requirements.
- Support strategic land acquisition activities and negotiations with landowners.
- Liaise with external advocates, consultants, and registration authorities.
- Maintain legal records, trackers, and documentation related to projects.
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessment for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Assist management in resolving legal and compliance-related matters.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of property law and real estate regulations.
- Experience in title due diligence and land documentation.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and contract management.
- Understanding of RERA and real estate compliance frameworks.
