Qualifications

- FINAL YEAR LAW STUDENT/4TH YEAR LAW STUDENT (OR 3RD YEAR IF PURSUING THREE YEAR LAW)
- Solid foundational knowledge of Law and an interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Ability to assist with Legal Consulting tasks, including research, analysis, and preparation of case strategies under supervision.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation , including drafting petitions, applications, notices, and legal correspondence.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with supervisors, court staff, and, where appropriate, clients.
- Capacity to identify, analyse, and summarise Legal Issues across diverse subject areas.
