Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Legal Executive , based in Navi Mumbai. The Legal Executive will be responsible for handling legal documentation, drafting contracts, conducting compliance audits, managing regulatory filings, and liaising with external legal advisors.



The role requires ensuring the organization’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing legal advice, and supporting various departments with their legal needs.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Legal Documentation, Contract Drafting, and Agreement Review
- Proficiency in Compliance Management and Regulatory Filing procedures
- Understanding of Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Rights
- Excellent Legal Research and Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to liaise with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification; Master’s degree or additional certification is a plus
- Experience in the medical devices or healthcare sector is advantageous
