Role Description The Legal Associate – Litigation will work full time on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves assisting in litigation across various practice areas, including civil, criminal, corporate, and family law matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research, drafting and reviewing pleadings, notices, contracts, and other legal documents, as well as preparing case files and maintaining accurate records.

The Legal

Associate will appear before courts and tribunals under supervision, coordinate with clients and internal teams,



and help develop case strategies aligned with client objectives. The role also requires staying updated on relevant laws, procedures, and legal developments while supporting senior lawyers in hearings and negotiations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law with exposure to litigation and familiarity with multiple practice areas.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, notices, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for legal research, case analysis, and interpreting statutes and case law.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and oral, for client interactions, court presentations, and collaboration with the team.
- Ability to identify, assess, and address Legal Issues across civil, criminal, corporate, and other domains.
- LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. or specialized certifications in litigation or specific practice areas are an advantage.
- Prior internship or work experience in litigation or a law firm environment preferred.
- Strong professional ethics, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a rapid-paced, client-focused setting.
