Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and student-centric Lecturer in Fine Arts to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students through artistic expression, creativity, and hands-on learning while contributing to the institute’s vision of excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Fine Arts, Drawing, Painting, Sketching, and Applied Arts
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and project-based activities aligned with curriculum requirements
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and artistic exploration among students
- Guide students in portfolio development, exhibitions, competitions, and cultural events
- Organize workshops, art displays, and annual exhibitions
- Assess student performance through practical work, projects, and evaluations




- Maintain studio / classroom resources and ensure proper use of materials
- Collaborate with faculty members for interdisciplinary projects and institutional events
- Mentor students for higher studies, competitions, and career opportunities in arts and design

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Master’s degree / Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Applied Arts, or relevant discipline
- B.Ed / NET / relevant teaching qualification preferred
- Prior teaching experience in school / college / university setting will be an added advantage
- Robust practical skills in painting, sketching, and creative arts
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
