We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various digital mediums. They should be passionate about creating visually compelling and effective designs that align with our clients brand identities and goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop instructional materials. • Design and implement instructional strategies, curricula, and learning materials that align to business needs. • Develop and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources. • Demonstrated knowledge of cutting-edge learning tools and products,



ensuring the use of the latest technologies to Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals. What are we looking for?

Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development. Creativity and Design skills:

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Ability to participate actively in brainstorming/ideation sessions to bring in new ideas.

Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.

Attention to details is a must. Soft skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.

Strong organizational skills.

Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends.

Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics is a plus.

Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for design innovation.

Experience: Proven experience (6 to 10 years) working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Technical skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
