Role Summary The Associate Manager – Behavioral Training is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact behavioral and soft-skills learning interventions that build employee capability and drive workplace effectiveness. The role involves developing engaging learning content, facilitating classroom, virtual, and blended programs across employee groups, evaluating learning outcomes, and continuously enhancing learning experiences in alignment with organizational capability-building priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop behavioral and soft-skills learning curricula (e.g., communication, collaboration, managerial effectiveness, leadership, emotional intelligence, feedback, and workplace effectiveness), along with facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, and other learning resources.
- Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees across the organization, creating interactive learning experiences that promote skill development, learner engagement, and behavioral application.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of behavioral learning programs, including learning design, session planning, stakeholder coordination, participant communication, training logistics, and post-program evaluation.




- Evaluate learning effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and other learning metrics, and continuously enhance training content and facilitation approaches based on insights, organizational priorities, and evolving learning needs.
- Stay updated with the emerging learning methodologies, facilitation techniques, behavioral science research, and industry best practices to ensure learning interventions remain relevant, engaging, and impactful.

- Robust knowledge of behavioral learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; MBA (HR) preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience designing and delivering behavioral and soft-skills training programs.
- Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and blended learning interventions.
- EdTech/startup experience and relevant L&D; or instructional design certifications are an added advantage.
