Key Responsibilities
- New Customer Acquisition:
Engage with leads from various marketing channels, counsel them on suitable learning tracks, and achieve revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements and provide insights for product improvement.
- Operations and Reporting: Manage pre- and post-sales support activities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
oakRequirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in Education Sales.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Proactive in identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
- Experience with CRM tools, like LeadSquared and HubSpot, is preferred.
