Technozis Private Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager – IT Recruitment to lead a team of Recruitment Consultants while managing client hiring requirements across the IT domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, hands-on recruitment expertise, and a proven ability to achieve both individual and team performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT Recruitment Consultants to ensure consistent delivery against hiring targets.
- Drive the team's performance through regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Own and achieve individual recruitment and revenue targets while ensuring the team meets overall business objectives.
- Manage client accounts by understanding hiring requirements and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies for permanent and contractual IT hiring.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines, team productivity, and key performance metrics.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations for critical positions when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage).
- 4–8 years of experience in IT Recruitment, with at least 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and various technology skill sets.
- Experience working with domestic and/or international clients is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
