Title: ESRI ArcGIS with Python/Java - Lead/SSE

We are looking for an experienced SSE/Lead – ESRI ArcGIS with Python/Java to join our team. If you have strong expertise in building geospatial applications, ArcGIS technologies, and backend development using Python or Java, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable GIS-based applications and geospatial services.
- Build and maintain backend APIs for processing and delivering geospatial data.
- Develop and optimize geospatial data processing pipelines.
- Work extensively with vector, raster, and elevation datasets.
- Manage spatial databases, map services, and geospatial data models.
- Integrate GIS capabilities into enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Design reliable, scalable backend solutions for geospatial platforms.

Required Skills





- 5–10 years of experience in GIS/Geospatial application development.
- Strong understanding of GIS concepts, spatial data models, and geospatial standards.
- Hands-on experience with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise , ArcGIS Online , and Esri SDKs/APIs .
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java .
- Experience with one or more GIS platforms such as Esri ArcGIS, QGIS, GeoServer, or MapServer .
- Positive understanding of map projections , Coordinate Reference Systems (CRS) , and spatial data processing.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL/PostGIS , Spatial SQL , and geospatial data modelling.
- Ability to build scalable backend services and APIs for geospatial applications.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating GIS solutions with enterprise applications.
- Exposure to cloud-based GIS deployments and API development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
