We're Hiring | Lead Solar Installer (On-Site)

This is a field-based, hands-on installation role. Candidates seeking Project Manager, O&M; Manager, or Asset Manager positions should not apply.

At Voyage Greens , we're looking for a hands-on Lead Solar Installer who can independently execute rooftop solar installations from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Install MS/GI mounting structures on rooftops.
- Mount and align solar PV panels.
- Install DC cabling and connectors.
- Complete AC and DC electrical connections.
- Connect solar panels to the inverter and the inverter to the net meter/electrical panel.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Lead and supervise installation technicians on-site.
- Ensure all installations follow safety and quality standards.

Requirements




- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on rooftop solar installation experience.
- Solid knowledge of On-Grid Solar PV Systems .
- Experience with MC4 connectors, DC/AC wiring, earthing, inverter installation, and net-metering connections .
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings and installation layouts.
- Comfortable working at heights and travelling to project sites.
