About the Role We're looking for a Talent Scout who treats hiring like sales. You won't spend your day posting jobs and waiting for applications. You'll identify exceptional talent before they apply, build relationships, convince high-performers to join, and create hiring systems that scale as we grow. You'll work directly with leadership to build teams across content, strategy, operations, marketing, growth, and product.

Responsibilities Own end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions.

Proactively source top talent through LinkedIn, communities, referrals, cold outreach, and your own network.

Design hiring processes that identify real ability through assignments, case studies, portfolio reviews, and structured interviews.

Partner closely with hiring managers to define what "great" actually looks like before every search.





Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline so we're always hiring ahead of need.

Drive candidate experience from first conversation to onboarding.

Negotiate offers and close exceptional candidates.

Continuously improve hiring systems, documentation, and recruiting operations.

Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or talent acquisition.

Required Skills Proven experience sourcing candidates through outbound methods—not just inbound applications.

Strong judgment for identifying high-potential talent beyond what's written on a resume.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels simultaneously.

Solid negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Highly organized with experience managing hiring pipelines and ATS tools.

Startup experience is a solid advantage.

Preferred Skills Experience hiring for content, media, creator businesses, consulting, strategy, or high-growth startups is a bonus.
