We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quality Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

- Assume accountability of quality of the deliverables and implementation of quality processes with minimal support from the Manager
- Function as a Point of Contact for the delivery team for regulatory updates, quality concepts, applicable procedures, practices and conventions on the assigned projects
- Act as the process and quality expert for the Client




- Work with other team members to analyze Quality findings and help develop action plan
- Ownership of responding to and addressing periodic client quality reviews and other ad-hoc client quality findings

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in a quality assurance role
- Robust understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies
- Ability to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality management tools and software
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
