Assistant Engineer Utility (Mechanical)

Industry: Automobile, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, AC Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain utility equipment such as:
- Air Compressors
- Boilers
- LPG Yard
- Argon, CO, O & N Gas Systems
- Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
- Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor utility equipment and maintain daily log books.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Operate and maintain RO Plant, Softener, Filter Water System, and ZLD.
- Ensure water quality meets PCB standards.
- Track utility consumables,



chemicals, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with vendors for invoices and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of utility equipment and maintenance.
- Experience in Air Compressors, Boilers, WTP, ETP, and Gas Systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in Automobile, Pharma, FMCG, or AC manufacturing industries preferred.
