Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: 100% Remote (India) Duration: Fulltime Work Timings: 3PM IST – 12AM IST Position Overview the Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of smart building projects, managing complex installation deployments involving IoT hardware, building controls, sensor integrations, and software implementation.

Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of smart building projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, go-live, and handoff.

- Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and customer expectations.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects across various stages of deployment.
- Coordinate installation schedules, surveys, procurement, logistics, and field execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
- Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans before they impact timelines or customer satisfaction Required Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience in complex technical deployment or installation environments.
- Solid experience managing smart building, building automation, controls, IoT,



or similar infrastructure projects.
- Proven success managing complex installation projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing projects involving hardware, software, and field installation teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skill Preferred Qualifications - Experience with enterprise customer deployments.
- Strong understanding of building systems including controls, HVAC, utility monitoring, or industrial monitoring.
- Experience in SaaS or IoT-enabled technology environments.
- Hands-on experience with water, gas, and electric monitoring systems, IoT deployments, and building automation integrations (BMS/BAS), including smart building technologies used for utility monitoring, controls, and operational analytics.
- Experience managing global or multi-region deployments.
- Owning project schedules across multiple workstreams
- Managing customer escalations
- Driving cross-functional alignment

- Managing budgets/financials
- Handling risk proactively
