Roles & responsibility

- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle assembly schedules using the SAP PP module based on dispatch plans and sales forecasts.
- Maintain and manage accurate multi-level Assembly Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and work centers within SAP.
- Convert planned orders into released production orders and perform daily confirmation of completed assembly stages in SAP.
- Coordinate kitting, part sequencing, and JIT/KANBAN line-feeding for critical EV components like battery packs, motors, controllers, and wiring harnesses.
- Monitor component availability through SAP inventory views to prevent line starvation and eliminate assembly downtime.
- Track daily shift targets against actual line output and sequence vehicle variants according to station takt times.




- Perform and reconcile SAP material movements, including Goods Issue (GI) to assembly orders and Goods Receipt (GR) for finished EVs.
- Control Work-In-Progress (WIP) levels on the assembly floor and conduct regular physical stock reconciliations against SAP inventory data.
- Coordinate closely with Quality and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) teams to ensure seamless handover of tested vehicles to Finished Goods.
- Generate daily SAP performance reports tracking Plan Attainment, line efficiency, downtime causes, and component shortage risks
