? Gurgaon (Global Corporate Office) This is an opportunity to lead packaging innovation and development across global markets, partnering with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D;, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to create packaging solutions that enhance consumer experience, improve efficiency, ensure compliance and drive sustainability. Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive packaging innovation and development across global markets

✅ Research, evaluate and conceptualise new packaging materials and technologies

✅ Develop prototypes,



conduct machine trials and support commercialisation

✅ Create and finalise artwork and packaging specifications

✅ Establish key line dimensions across packaging formats

✅ Partner with sourcing teams for material specifications and vendor evaluation

✅ Ensure packaging compliance with local statutory and food regulations

✅ Analyse packaging data to identify opportunities for quality improvement and cost optimisation

✅ Drive SOP adherence in packaging development, testing and validation processes What We're Looking For

✔ 8-12 years of experience in Packaging Development

✔ Strong expertise in Versatile Packaging

✔ Qualification in Packaging Technology (IIP / CPET) or Material Science

✔ Experience in FMCG or large-scale manufacturing environments

✔ Proven experience in packaging innovation, artwork development, KLD, specification creation and commercialization

✔ Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
