We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in implementing Sandstone Technology's BankFast eXperience Platform (BXP). As a key contributor, you will lead the design, integration, and deployment of BXP, ensuring the platform is optimized to meet our business goals. This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in digital banking platforms, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Implementation Projects: Manage the end-to-end implementation of Sandstone Technology's BXP, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
- Architect Solutions: Design scalable and secure solutions within the BXP framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of engineers to foster an cutting-edge, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
- Integration: Seamlessly integrate BXP with existing banking systems and third-party services, ensuring data consistency and security.
- Customization: Tailor the BXP platform to meet business-specific needs, including developing custom components and features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best coding, testing, and deployment practices to ensure high-quality, defect-free deliverables.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues during and post-implementation to maintain a smooth and efficient user experience.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, covering system architecture, configurations,



and operational procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on developments in Sandstone Technology and other digital banking platforms to drive innovation and enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in implementing Sandstone Technology's BXP.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver successful digital banking projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Angular, React).
- Expertise in API development, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Extensive knowledge of Sandstone Technology's BXP, including customization and integration capabilities.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital banking solutions, including customer onboarding, loan origination, and related products within the BXP ecosystem.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate engineering teams, promoting innovation and excellence.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in and leading Agile/Scrum teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with additional digital banking platforms and technologies.
- Certification or formal training in Sandstone Technology products.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, particularly in digital banking.
