- Proven experience (7+ years) in a technical support role providing L2 and L3 support, preferably supporting Java Spring, Microservices based applications deployed on AWS with Oracle database.
- Proficiency in Core Java J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web services programming and Exposure SQL queries and understanding of Java application development concepts.
- Good exposure to Javascript, JQuery
- Good working knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with NoSQL database.
- Proven exposure of working in Agile scrum
- Candidate should have good working exposure to application development/bug fixing life cycle
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Hands on working exposure on tools like ServiceNow and Jira is good to have
- ITIL certification is good to have.
- AWS certification(s) will be a plus
