Key Responsibilities

Investor & Lender Communication

- Prepare, review, and share periodic conditions compliance reports, performance reports, financial updates, and MIS with lenders and investors.
- Act as a key point of contact for lenders, investors, and financial institutions for information requests and clarifications.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all reporting obligations as per financing documents and investor agreements.

Financial & Analytical Reporting

- Develop detailed analytical reports, dashboards, and financial summaries highlighting project/company performance.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, covenant compliance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and monitor lender covenants, conditions precedent/subsequent, and ongoing compliance requirements.

Presentations & Documentation

- Prepare high-quality presentations (PPTs) and information packs for lender meetings, investor reviews, board updates, and senior management.
- Support management during investor calls, lender reviews, audits, and due diligence exercises.




- Maintain structured documentation and data repositories for investor and lender reporting.

Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Legal, Projects, and Strategy teams to gather data and validate information.
- Support fund-raising, refinancing, restructuring, and project finance-related activities as required.
- Assist in responding to ad-hoc information requests from stakeholders.

Governance & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements related to investor and lender reporting.
- Support audits, inspections, and reviews by lenders, investors, and external agencies.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

OR

- MBA (Finance) / MBA Engineer

Experience

- 10+ years of relevant experience in:
- Investment Banking
- Project Finance
- Corporate Finance / Infrastructure Finance
- Lender & Investor Reporting roles
