About Hopcharge

Hopcharge (a product by Brand EVQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is a Gurugram-based EV charging company building India's patent-granted Virtual Power Grid (VPG) technology — bringing charging to the vehicle instead of the vehicle to the charger. As Hopcharge scales its network and customer base, the Inside Sales function is central to converting digital demand into revenue and retaining customers through timely renewals.

Key responsibilities:-

Own end-to-end conversion of inbound digital leads (website, social, ads, referral portals) through calls, WhatsApp, andemail follow-up. • Drive customer renewal cycles — proactively track upcoming renewals, re-engage lapsing accounts, and convert to repeat business.

- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene: lead status, follow-up cadence, and conversion funnel tracking updated in real time.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead-to-conversion ratio, renewal rate, and revenue contribution.
- Coordinate with Marketing to give feedback on lead quality and with Field Sales for on-ground handoffs where required.




- Prepare and present daily/weekly funnel and renewal MIS to the reporting manager.
- Handle objection management and pricing/plan queries independently, escalating only complex commercial negotiations.

Skills and qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or digital sales conversion — B2C or B2B.
- Robust track record of hitting monthly sales/renewal targets in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, funnel data, and basic Excel reporting.

Prior experience in EV, energy, subscription, or renewal-based sales models is an advantage.
