Role Description The Lead Generator fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying prospective learners, generating leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of potential students in CRM or lead management systems.

The Lead

Generator will engage with prospects to understand their interests, share information about Jetking’s courses and benefits, and schedule counseling sessions or demos with the admissions team. Daily activities include follow-ups on leads,



coordination with the sales and marketing teams, participation in local promotional activities, and contributing to achieving enrollment targets.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit spoken and written English and local language proficiency.

Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service abilities, such as lead nurturing, objection handling, and relationship building.

Candidates should possess fundamental computer and digital literacy skills, including use of MS Office, email, and CRM or lead tracking tools.

Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-up activities, and daily reporting.

Minimum educational qualification: completion of higher secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.

Strong interest in the education and IT training sector, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to meeting targets.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional and inclusive work ethic.
