We are seeking a creative and skilled designer with fresh, creative ideas and an excellent eye for detail. Responsible for interpreting the client’s needs and designing solutions with high visual impact. Working on various products, including websites, corporate identity, Social media posts, banners, emailers etc.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and/or managers and making necessary changes.
2. Reviewing final layouts of the team and suggesting improvements if required.
3. Thinking creatively to produce current ideas for company branding, and promotional campaigns, brainstorming and mocking up different design ideas.
4. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
5. Build, lead, and review the work of the designing team in the production of all web and digital marketing collateral such as landing page design, social media static posts, GIF, logo & banner designing.
6. Assist in hiring and managing the creative team.
7. Coordinating with the Managers to take the design "brief" to record requirements and clients' needs.
8. Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards.

Work closely with the offline marketing and online marketing teams to ensure coherent delivery of activities aligned with the strategic objective.
10. Deliver real-time designs relevant to social media spaces that dynamically engage the audience.
11. Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadlines.
12. Present finalized ideas and concepts to Clients/Account Managers and gain full approval.
13. Overseeing all design elements, from conception to final delivery.
14. Maintain high standards of quality and make sure only the best work is released to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 3+ years of experience required.
2. Must be highly creative, extrovert and aware of the recent Social Media Trends
3. Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
4. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
5. Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
7. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
