We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Lead Generation Executive to generate high-quality B2B leads across the European market. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying potential clients, conducting outreach through multiple channels, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential businesses across European countries.

- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, Google research, directories, and other lead generation platforms.

- Build and maintain a database of prospects using CRM tools.

- Reach out to decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, Directors, Marketing Managers, and IT Managers.

- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.

- Qualify leads based on business requirements and project potential.

- Execute cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.

- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.

- Maintain daily reports of leads generated, responses, and meetings booked.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment booking targets.

Required Skills

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Knowledge of Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo,



Hunter.io, or similar lead generation tools.

- Strong internet research and data mining skills.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication.

- Understanding of B2B sales and outbound prospecting.

- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

- Experience working with European clients.

- Knowledge of IT services, software development, digital marketing, or AI solutions.

- Understanding of GDPR-compliant outreach practices.
