Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct structured outbound calling and WhatsApp/Email campaigns to qualify leads for our upskilling programs.
- Engage prospects via consultative conversations to understand their career goals and position relevant course offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce) for every lead interaction, follow-up timelines, and conversion status.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine pitch scripts, improve conversion rates, and optimize lead-handling workflows.
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs around lead volume, call connect rates, and conversion-to-enrollment targets.
- Participate in weekly training, roleplays,
and feedback sessions to sharpen communication and closing techniques.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proficient in English communication (spoken & written)
- Strong persuasive speaking & active listening skills
- CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Microsoft Excel (data entry & basic sorting/filtering)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet)
- Basic understanding of sales funnel stages
Preferred
- Experience in B2C lead generation or telesales (even internship or part-time)
- Familiarity with educational or upskilling sector
- Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations
