We are building AI-driven SaaS solutions for enterprise finance at Auditoria.ai,
focused on automating complex back-office business processes across corporate finance using AI/ML and advanced language models. As a Lead Full
Stack Developer, you will drive the design and development of scalable,
intelligent applications across the stack, with a strong focus on building AI powered and agentic workflows that deliver real-time insights, streamline financial operations, and reduce manual effort for global finance teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML or GenAI-based applications (LLMs,
- agentic workflows, NLP use cases)
- Proven experience owning modules/features end-to-end in production
- systems
- Solid experience in system design and building scalable microservices
- Experience building and scaling cloud-native SaaS applications
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and data
- modeling (RDBMS/NoSQL)
- Experience with AWS services and production environments
- Exposure to CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor junior engineers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced
- environments
Good to Have
- Experience with advanced agentic frameworks, orchestration layers, or
- prompt engineering at scale
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
- Experience with enterprise integrations (SSO, email, etc.)
- Background in FinTech domain
