- Lead a team of fullstack developers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex software applications using Java, React.JS, MongoDB and Microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by setting milestones, prioritizing tasks and providing guidance on technical best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in FullStack Development with expertise in Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
- Robust understanding of Microservices architecture and its implementation using Java/React.JS technologies.
- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB for storing large-scale datasets.
