As a Lead Engineering Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Design, develop, and oversee scalable software solutions using Python and modern software engineering practices.
- Drive architectural decisions, code quality standards, and engineering best practices across projects.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Operations teams to define technical requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.
- Manage project planning, sprint execution, resource allocation, and delivery timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.




- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support engineers in solving complex technical challenges.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish CI/CD practices, testing strategies, monitoring frameworks, and development workflows to improve engineering efficiency.
- Identify process improvements, automate repetitive tasks, and promote engineering innovation across teams.
- Track engineering metrics, manage technical risks, and communicate project progress to key stakeholders.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with solid hands-on expertise in Python.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering software projects in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and services.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.
