? We're Hiring | Lead Designer – Chennai Tint Tone & Shade is looking for a creative, passionate and experienced Lead Designer to join our growing team in Chennai.

If you have a strong eye for design, enjoy transforming spaces and excel at leading projects from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do:

✨ Lead residential interior design projects from concept to handover

✨ Understand client requirements and create innovative design solutions

✨ Prepare mood boards, space plans, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations

✨ Collaborate with the sales, project management, and execution teams to ensure seamless delivery

✨ Guide and mentor junior designers while maintaining high design standards

✨ Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies What we're looking for:





✔️ 3–7 years of experience in residential interior design

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray or similar design software

✔️ Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail

✔️ Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills

✔️Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
