Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to build and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. You'll work closely with Product Managers, ML Engineers, and Engineering teams to develop scalable AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build ML models for forecasting, optimization, pricing, and recommendation systems.
- Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs,



RAG, AI Agents, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
- Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and validation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Deploy ML models into production environments.

Required Skills:

- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8 - 12 years of experience in Applied Data Science.
- Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Statistics, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic/Open-source), RAG, and model deployment.
