Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer / SQL Developer to lead our Data Engineering team in India as part of the global Data & AI organization. The ideal candidate will possess solid hands-on SQL expertise, technical leadership experience, and the ability to deliver scalable data engineering solutions while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL-based data transformation and ELT pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, coding standards, and delivery excellence.
- Review technical deliverables and provide technical guidance.
- Manage team capacity, workload planning, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with global Data & AI teams, data product managers, and business stakeholders.




- Drive continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
