Position Purpose:

- A goal-oriented CRM is required for base management in alignment with account-specific strategy.
- The role focuses on influencing retention and revenue growth, collaborating with Sales/CSG/SA & other internal teams to achieve overall revenue targets.
- Networking with internal teams to streamline processes, retain high-value customers, and minimize churn is essential for success.

Job Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain relationships that reduce churn and execute special projects to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Manage active base to ensure revenue growth and retention.
- Focus on revenue churn and enhancement from designated set of logos.
- Conduct in-person visits to customers as per the designated frequency.
- Renew data circuits upon expiry of term.
- Drive up-selling of products and services.
- Perform monthly TOP account revenue analysis and identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Identify non-usage rentals and recommend actions to reduce revenue loss.
- Plan for churn reduction, analyzing revenues across all products and solutions.




- Coordinate with sales, IT, products, CC, and CSO teams on retention issues.
- Analyze customer complaints, repeat complaints, and ensure a streamlined process between complaints and retention.

Qualification A master s degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field

Understanding of wireline telecom solutions and IT/telecom industry
