Key Responsibilities - Source, recruit, and onboard top-tier creators across social media platforms.

- Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers.
- Expand and strengthen WeSocializeU's creator network through strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align creators with brand campaigns.
- Consistently achieve monthly creator acquisition and onboarding targets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify the next generation of influential creators.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Partnerships,



or Talent Acquisition.

- Strong network within the influencer and creator ecosystem, including influencers, creator communities, talent managers, and agencies.
- Proven track record of recruiting top-tier creators and high-potential talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
