Position: Lead Company overview: NPCI International Payments Limited (NIPL) was incorporated in April 2020 as a wholly owned subsidiary of National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). NIPL is devoted for deployment of UPI (Interoperable Real Time Payment System) outside of India. NIPL is focused on transforming payments across the globe with use of technology and innovation.
It endeavors to assist and support other countries by enhancing their payment capabilities through technological assistance, consulting and infrastructure. NIPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an umbrella organization for operating retail payments and settlement systems in India, is an initiative of the country’s Central Bank i.e.
Reserve
Bank of India (RBI) and Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) under the provisions of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 for creating a robust Payment & Settlement Infrastructure in India. Considering the utility nature of the objects of NPCI, it has been incorporated as a “Not for Profit” Company with an intent to provide infrastructure to entire Banking system in India for physical as well as electronic payment and settlement systems.

Enable NPCI International be more effective in converting opportunities on infrastructure build front Provide consultative/ advisory support to prospective partners in curating the opportunity for better fruition Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of payment landscape of prospective country, to understand the current capabilities, identify gaps and opportunities Work on positioning of NPCI International solution offerings in alignment with target audiences, competitor landscape and stated market goals Collaborate with Incharge - Advisory and other senior managers in delivering client engagements and related outputs, supporting the team with day‑to‑day client management, project coordination, and the development of high‑quality deliverables Required skills and educational qualifications: Two years of experience in a consulting role or in an internal strategy/ corporate development role, preferably within the Banking or Payments domain Demonstrated ability to generate and synthesize business insights, and translate them into clear strategic imperatives Proficient in business research and analytical skills, with solid commercial acumen
