Mandatory Skills:
- Bilingual fluency Japanese (JLPT N3 and above) and English.
- 8 to 11 years of Business Analyst experience with full SDLC documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS) across Agile frameworks
- Insurance industry domain knowledge - Along with Policy Admin Management/ Claims Management expertise
- Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and requirement/documentation platforms (Confluence, Visio, Tableau)
Positive to Have
- Gen-AI tools exposure for user story writing and requirements generation
- Experience managing continuous scope changes using structured prioritization techniques
- Stakeholder liaison experience bridging business and technical teams in complex hybrid environments
- Data visualization or process modelling skills (Tableau, Visio) for delivery transparency dashboards
