Role Description The Lead Associate – Institutional Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position focuses on managing and strengthening relationships with institutional clients and partners, ensuring high levels of service delivery and satisfaction. The role involves coordinating verification workflows, tracking case progress, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal research, operations, and technology teams.

The Lead

Associate will support new institutional onboarding, prepare reports and presentations,



and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. The role also includes monitoring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, and providing regular updates and insights to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in stakeholder management, client servicing, and institutional relationship building.
- Strong skills in coordination, documentation handling, and process tracking within service or verification environments.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort working with digital tools, CRM or case management systems, and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, or regulated service environments; experience in verification, background screening, or similar fields is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications or training in client relationship management or compliance are beneficial.
