- Designs and develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards
- Ensure that standard architecture decisions are implemented consistently across business and IT in order to support the business and IT strategy
- This includes researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering IT architecture solutions that are appropriate for the business and IT strategies in one or more domains
- Takes responsibility for technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications
- Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings
- Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies
- Solves complex problems; takes a current perspective using existing solutions
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Education/Work Experience: Degree in technical area and ten plus years of overall technology experience and significant work experience including project management.
